The Government of Saint Lucia makes a request for proposals to provide consulting services to the Ministry of The Public service & Human Resource Development to Develop the Government of Saint Lucia Web portal.  The Access Government portal will support the e-Government strategy to provide an online 24/7 user-centric full service Centre. 

Consultancy Services for Research and Development of Content for the Saint Lucia Government Web Portal

The Regional E-Government Unit (REGU) of the OECS Secretariat invites eligible individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for providing consultancy services for Research and Development of Content for the Saint Lucia Government Web Portal – “Access Government”. Consultants are required to demonstrate similar / relevant experience, including:  system analysis and design; designing and developing portals and intranets; Design and development of normalised databases using Open Source Content Management Systems.

ICT4D Consultation comes to Saint Lucia

The ICT4D programme of the CARICOM Secretariat with input from several regional ICT stakeholders, Government, private sector, academia and civil society have developed a Regional Digital Development Strategy or RDDS.  The team charged withthis responsibility have been holding consultations in all Member States. On Wednesday, March 16, 2011 and Thursday March 17, 2011, the RDDS will be introduced to St Lucian Stakeholders at a consultation to be held at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort from 9:00a.m.
